Mike joins Seidman Hudon Food Brokerage with quite a background. A seasoned executive with over 30 years experience. P & L responsibility, managing massive budgets and over 80 directs. Mike has determined staffing requirements, interviewed, hired and trained new employees. Directed and coordinated organization's financial and budget activities to fund operations, maximize investments and increase efficiency. Established and implemented departmental policies, goals, objectives and procedures. Managed staff, prepared work schedules and assigned specific duties. Reviewed performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement, determining areas needing cost control and program improvement. We are quickly coming to considered Mike to be a people-oriented, self-motivated team player with strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills. Mike holds Bachelor of Business Administration. Now that he has honed his array of skills we can apply them to precise areas in the SHFB operation that could benefit from some extra attention. One thing SHFB excels at is adapting to new situations in business, and we always bring together the right people at the right time, and business just blooms. Behind every great man......Mike treasures spending time with his wife Susan of 33 years, and of course his children and grandchildren. Son Jarrad, 31 is a sergeant first class in the 173rd Airborne, on his fourth combat tour in Afganistan. Daughter Amanda is on her own tour of duty as a stay home mom. When not expanding his various business skillsets Mike enjoys golf, cooking and more golf!
