Born and raised in Miami, Tim graduated from American High School in Miami. He attended Miami Dade Community College and briefly, the University of Miami for Music before beginning the fulfillment of a dream: traveling "on the cheap" to California.

Fate, however, had other plans; it landed him at the door of the food industry.
He has worked in the organic and gourmet environment in Tampa, Gainesville, and
Miami. While working at The Olde Grove Market, Chuck’s Natural Foods and Mother Earth Market in various capacities, he became very interested in nutrition and cooking and was quite pleased when we presented him with the opportunity to work for SHFB

His claim to fame came while delivering food to an ad agency in Coconut Grove. “I was asked to do a commercial impersonating Andre Agassi, whom I do not resemble in any way”.

Tim has a terrific sense of humor, bundles of energy, an incredible affinity for Macs (which makes Gary quite happy) and is an amateur musician playing his bass guitar and baritone ukulele in local venues.
